Repeat Infringer Policy and Copyright Complaints:

COGNITIVEBOTICS acknowledges that it employs industry standard security protocol and/or reasonable security standards as per the laws governing information technology and/or data protection and privacy to ensure that the information that are stored, transmitted or transferred through the Platform is protected and the same is hosted on a secure server.
COGNITIVEBOTICS shall not be held responsible for any loss of your information that takes place despite following standard security protocol and/or reasonable security standards.
In order to keep your account safe, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password, and to change the password of the Account periodically.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and for all activities done using the Account.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COGNITIVEBOTICS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH COGNITIVEBOTICS’S WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT COGNITIVEBOTICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion of certain types of damages. Therefore, if required by applicable law, some of the foregoing exclusions may not apply to You.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
COGNITIVEBOTICS, its technology, computer programs, codes, all information available thereon, images, logos, trade names, domain names, service marks and other materials on it, including the look and feel of the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of COGNITIVEBOTICS and/or its affiliates.
Any unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, display, transmission, sale, or any other use and/or duplication of any material available on Platform, without express and written approval of COGNITIVEBOTICS, shall constitute violation of the relevant intellectual property laws. COGNITIVEBOTICS and its associates reserve the right to initiate and pursue any and all necessary legal and/ or other action against any such user for infringement of IAMX and/ or its associates’ intellectual property.
COGNITIVEBOTICS respects the intellectual property rights of the third parties. If such third parties believe that any material on the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may write to COGNITIVEBOTICS through an email at support@cognitivebotics.com.
14. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify COGNITIVEBOTICS from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of claims based upon your use of COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website, including without limitation any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members, and the infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights. 15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State Telangana, India You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana State in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website. Use of COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
16. NO RELATIONSHIP
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between You and COGNITIVEBOTICS as a result of this Agreement or use of COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website.
17. CONSTRUCTION
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including without limitation the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
18. NON-REPUDIATION
Any and all actions undertaken by You on COGNITIVEBOTIC’s website shall be deemed as actions approved by You including but not limited to transfer/change of passwords and COGNITIVEBOTICS shall not have any liability towards such actions.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and COGNITIVEBOTICS with respect to COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between You and COGNITIVEBOTICS with respect to COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website.
20. NOTICES
Notices given by COGNITIVEBOTICS to You will be given by a general posting on COGNITIVEBOTICS’s Website or by an e-mail, if an e-mail address is available.
21. ASSIGNMENT
COGNITIVEBOTICS may assign this Agreement, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense Your rights as a Member without the prior written consent of COGNITIVEBOTICS Technologies.
22. CAPTIONS AND HEADINGS
Captions and paragraph headings are for convenience only and are not a part of this Agreement and shall not be used in construing it.

Cognitivebotics.com is an application for teachers and therapists to upload and sell their work tasks, lessons, and activities tailored for the needs of children with Autism. COGNITIVEBOTICS Technologies determines list price and categories for placement, unless deemed inappropriate by COGNITIVEBOTICS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Each seller is responsible for the content of the upload, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, idea or concept, and all components of the activity or lesson intended for uploading on Cognitivebotics.com. Each seller is responsible for providing accurately displayed uploads, including but not limited to, typographical errors, graphics and content. Plagiarism is not tolerated and, if found to be valid, the item will be removed from the website (www.cognitivebotics.com) immediately. The seller will provide a free replacement download if the item does not reflect what is sent to Cognitivebotics.com for uploading. The website (www.cognitivebotics.com) is expressly intended for teachers, therapists or any adult over the age of 18 who wishes to submit an activity suited for children with autism. All submissions must be approved by the administrator (By COGNITIVEBOTICS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). Work tasks, lessons, and activities used from the website (www.cognitivebotics.com) are not to be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold in any form.
23. Cancellation and Refund Policy
